Terms of service

Last updated: 11 October 2026

1. Who we are

These terms of sale ("Terms") apply to orders placed on brickhangar.com with Brick Hangar ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us through our contact form.

Brick Hangar sells display building sets for adult builders. The sets contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years. Brick Hangar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a licensee of any other building-brick brand. Product photos and names on the site describe our own products.

2. The contract

The product pages are an invitation to order. A contract is formed when you submit an order and your payment is authorised. We confirm the order. If we cannot fulfil an item, we will tell you and refund what you paid for it.

Please read these Terms together with our shipping policy, our returns and refund policy and our privacy policy. Those policies are part of the contract.

3. Price and payment

The price is the price shown at checkout, in the currency shown there, including the taxes we are required to collect at checkout. The delivery cost, if any, is shown before you pay. Payment is taken on brickhangar.com through the checkout. We do not store your full card number.

4. Delivery, returns and risk

Delivery is described in our shipping policy. Returns and refunds are described in our returns and refund policy. Goods remain at our risk until you, or a person you name (other than the carrier), take physical possession of them.

5. Your responsibility

You confirm that the delivery details you give us are correct, and that you are old enough to enter this contract. You are responsible for assembling and displaying the sets. Damage from misuse, accidents, modifications, unsuitable adhesives, paint or cleaning products, or incorrect assembly is not a defect.

6. Our liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit or loss of opportunity, and our liability for any single order is limited to the price you paid for the affected goods. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury, for intent or gross negligence, for defective products under mandatory product liability law, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law.

7. The website

We own the Brick Hangar name, logo and the text and images we created for this site, or we use them with permission. You may not copy them for your own shop. Product descriptions are a guide. Small differences in colour or finish can come from screens or from normal production tolerances, and those differences are not a defect.

8. Law and complaints

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer residing in another EU/EEA country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence. If your order is delivered in the United States, you also keep any right that the law of your state does not allow us to limit. Contact us first so that we can try to resolve a complaint directly.
